Malvern Plastics Group, Inc. is made up of several companies all dealing in different aspects of the plastics industry. We recycle, reprocess, compound, distribute, broker, manufacture and import/export. We have networks of warehousing and transportation that allows us to pick up and store material anywhere in the world. Starting in 1998, we set out to change the recycling industry one customer at a time. That evolved into distribution of resin which, in turn, led to manufacturing. We are in partnerships with companies in the far east for both manufacturing and resin distribution. This broad band of partners allows Malvern Plastics to satisfy virtually any need you may have in the plastics arena. With offices in both Malvern, PA and Rohnert Park, CA, we are well suited to handle material anywhere in North America. We have warehousing in PA, OH, NC, GA, CA and MI. Outside the US, we have warehousing available in Mexico, Brazil and China. We have an R&D team that has been forming patents and setting standards in the plastics industry for over 30 years. This allows Malvern Plastic Group to help your company from idea to inception. Our Manufacturing capabilities are numerous, and are done both domestically (Pennsylvania, Virginia) and overseas. We are able to produce up to 8000 pounds of product an hour, depending on the application.
Recycling: we are a full service recycling company. We can buy and sell PVC, PET, NYLON, PP, PE, Polycarbonate, ABS, PC/ABS & Polystyrene and most other plastics. Because of our resources and technological developments, we are also able to use some contaminated materials.
Reprocessing: we have equipment capable of reprocessing up to 5,000 pounds per hour. We can reprocess a broad range of plastics and have the ability to turn the material around in less than two weeks.
Compounding: We now compound a number of different applications for uses in all manufacturing areas. We have the capability to add color, concentrates, slip, block, fire retardants and any other applications you need. We have a research site and staff that can assist in developing the product you need for any specific application.
Distribution: We distribute Nylon6 & 66, Pet and Polycarbonate. We also handle modified resin such as ABS, PC/ABS PBT, PET and Nylon. Characteristics such as super tough, Flame retardant, Reinforcement, fillers such as glass and talc, and impact modifiers are only a few of the added value processing we have available. Most of our resins come from offshore suppliers. We have access to the manufacturer of the resin and act as their direct agent in the US and other countries. Unlike other companies, we avoid paying additional fees to distribution channels, because we are acting as a branch of the companies we deal with. All additional saving are passed on to the customer.
Brokerage: our business started with brokering plastics here and overseas. We can handle all varieties of plastic in any form. Because of our extensive network of buyers and sellers, we are able to offer superior pricing. Our Brokerage network is in direct communication with our warehousing and distribution companies, allowing for 24 hour service almost anywhere in the world.
Manufacturing: We know manufacture products for the transportation industry, the military and municipalities, as well as energy, Food and agricultural companies. We hold a number of patents and have a full scale R & D facility for current and future products and processes. We have 1 to 8 inch extrudes as well as blow molding capabilities.
Import/Export: Without off shore relationships in today business, you simply can not be competitive, nor are you offering enough. Our contact and relationships here and offshore allow us to satisfy all needs for our customers and allows us to be on the leading edge of technology and market trends.
